MINI DESIGN

The mini design is a freehand drawing on a template 1/150 scale. And with a precise and detailed budget. It costs 200 € . Valid for homes of less than 300 m2, or simple modifications of existing models

COMPLETE DESIGN

The complete design of an analysis of the plot, rules .... It provides complete drawings in AutoCAD , more accurate budget. And hyperrealist photo . It costs 500 € . It includes a complete overhaul of work. This cost is deducted from the project.

The personal design includes the development of the following documentation:

Proposal reflected in 1/100 scale planes in pdf, in particular 

plans, elevations and map in the plot. Detailed budget based on the previous plans

Hyperrealist photo of the proposal

A second proposal with the amendments , or new ideas, provided by the property and that is reflected in some new plans and budget ( points a. And b . Above ) are also included.

In no way this commission includes more 

DOCUMENTATION of reflected here .

It costs 500 € ( 750 € if it is greater than 500 m2 and  1000 € if it is greater than 750m2  ), which are deducted from the project. The steps are :

1 Analysis of the plot, regulations, sunlight, customer needs ...

2 Study of the different options and ways forward

3 Development of the selected option. Scale drawings done in AutoCAD . Plants and easily rectifiable elevations .

4 Detailed and accurate based on budget plans .

5 Photo hyperrealist of the proposal. High quality by the best specialists worldwide.

6 If it is not the taste and not be successful, at no extra cost include a second proposal .

The approximate  time is between 4-5 weeks. Of course , no compromises (to continue working with us)

And this cost includes a complete modification of the design (plans and budget)

We do not check the authenticity or accuracy of the information or documents provided , such as surveying, regulation or urban plans , scripts, plot plans etc. , it not included gather information missing from official bodies. This is done with the project implementation .

You can hire the project from 6.000 €(management included). Treatment and monitoring of the work, and guarantees (in this case project) are the same. Then you will decide if you also want to do the construction.
